QUESTIONS?

"
Do I need to attend the workshops or lectures live?

No. All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. You’ll have lifetime access.

Is it right for me if I'm newer to classical Pilates?

Yes! We start from the foundational exercises and build from there.

I'm classically certified, is this course right for me?

Yes! We start building the reformer from the foundation level, but we also look at rarely seen archival variations of the exercises, how it builds in the classical system and how the exercises progress.

Will I need access to a Reformer?

Yes. To get the most out of this course, you’ll want regular access to a Reformer for practice.
